I’m going to talk about Anger as my emotional journey. I think about things I don’t like. I get very upset.I think about a certain cartoon character making a cat noise. Cat noises make me very upset. When I get upset I get very touchy. I have to touch things a certain amount of times. I also vocalize and make weird noises. Sometimes I can control these thoughts, sometimes I cannot. When I cannot control these thoughts, I also start to cry and sometimes I bite myself. When I do these angry actions, it makes me feel better.
